(HMIPL),formely known as M/s Harsh Industries , A Partnership Firm formed in the year 2003, was converted into a private limited company in January 2013 Under chapter IX of the Company’s Act 1956 .The company is having its Registered Office is Juhu, Mumbai. Thepetroleum processing plant is located in the union territory of Dadra & Nagar haveli- Silvassa. Whereas the Polymer godown is present in Vapi, Gujarat.
The company has been in the petrochemical industry since past 20 years and has good presence in petroleum products like Liquid Hydrocarbons, Solvents, Thinners, Oils, Bio diesel, etc. Along with trading in polymer products, the company was majorly involved in the processing of Industrial Fuels and had reputed list of clients which included M/s Ispat Industries Ltd., Raigad, Uttam Galva Ltd., Bhushan Steel Ltd., etc.
Expanding its arm in the Polymersector , The Companyin the year 2015, was appointed as the Consignment Stockist of “M/s Gail (India) Ltd.” from Vapi for the Gujarat Region for its PolyEthylene products manufactured by Gail at its PATA Plant in U.P , India.
